Great place for hand therapy! They are very knowledgeable and concerned about their patients!

Commonwealth Hand and Physical Therapy helped me with an inflamed nerve that was causing a problem in my hand two years ago. The therapists worked with me in the clinic over several weeks, created a splint for my arm, and sent me home with well explained handouts with exercises to do to improve and eventually heal my nerve. When I discovered I had a possible trigger finger and a diagnosis for arthritis in my hands, I went back to discover to learn how II can protect my hands and reverse my problem with my finger. The therapists are highly educated professions but also kind and caring. I highly recommend Commonwealth Hand and Physical Therapy. Maureen Murphy, Lexington, KY

Absolutely everyone is friendly from the receptionist to the techs to the physical therapists. Lauren listens to my concerns and is very helpful in coming up with answers for dealing with my limited mobility. I have also worked with Hilary and Brett and found them to be very professional and empathetic.

I just graduated! Eliza was fantastic. Attentive and funny. Asks questions and hears the answer. It's obvious she loves what she does. She's very knowledgeable and the variety of people she could have small talk with amazed me. Everyone felt a connection. Those qualities make for a great PT.

Professional and personable front office staff. One on one attention with physical therapist. My Physical therapist, John W. P., provides excellent care. He listens. He pushes me when I need to be pushed and holds me back when I try too much. I get better with every therapy visit. He understands my goal is to get well and return to my active lifestyle ASAP.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Commonwealth Hand and Physical Therapy. Despite arriving 10 minutes early for my appointment, I wasn't seen until 20 minutes after my scheduled time. As I had a tight schedule and needed to leave to pick up my daughter from school, I informed the receptionist that I would have to leave. Just as I was about to go, my therapist finally came to get me. I had explicitly mentioned my time constraints, but unfortunately, they didn't seem to prioritize my schedule. I hope they don't attempt to bill me for a session that was significantly delayed and didn't happen due to their own tardiness. As a patient, I expect better time management and respect for my schedule.
