Update: I received a call and they have resolved this issue to my satisfaction. I can highly recommend their services. I had received a Xiaflex finger manipulation from UK Healthcare and they sent me over to Commonwealth because they could do the splint for my recovery. I presented my insurance card upon arrival and received services and splint. Also made three PT appointments for the next week. I was very disappointed to receive the phone call the next day saying that my insurance was “not in network” and I would be responsible for the entire amount. I should have been told this prior to services being rendered so I would have known the financial impact. Happy with services but very dissatisfied with the administrative side of the organization.

Exceptional care and service, true professionals who completely understand the workings of the arm and hand. Since starting therapy there, I’ve seen great progress in my rehabilitation and the extent of work being done with me it’s beyond expectations.
