Zach is a physical therapist from London, KY currently serving the community in Berea. In 2016, he received his degree in Kinesiology: Exercise Science and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2023 at the University of Kentucky. Before joining the team at Commonwealth Hand and Physical Therapy, Zach served in the Navy from 2009 to 2016 as a Naval Aviation Rescue Swimmer. He was stationed at Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii where he completed two deployments to the South China Sea as lead aircrewman of his helicopter detachment. Zach is married to Ashley McCowan who is one of our Occupational Therapist at the London location. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys running, cycling, and swimming while working towards his goal of completing his first triathlon in 2024.
