Certified Hand TherapistHillary is a 2017 Occupational Therapy graduate from Eastern Kentucky University. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Occupational Science and a Master’s in Occupational Therapy. She is originally from Waldo, Ohio, but moved to Lexington to pursue a career in hand therapy rehabilitation.
She obtained her board certification as a Certified Hand Therapist in 2021 and her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy in 2022 from Spalding University. Her clinical interests include orthotic fabrication, cumulative trauma rehabilitation, and Peripheral Nerve injuries. Hillary enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, playing sports, and watching movies. Hillary chose to enter the field of Occupational Therapy because she enjoys helping people restore their independence, confidence, and quality of life.

Certified Hand TherapistSavannah is a native of Eastern Kentucky. She graduated from Berea College in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In September 2022 she received her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy (OTD) degree from Spalding University. In 2025, Savannah received her board certification from the Hand Therapy Certification Commission. Outside of work Savannah enjoys traveling, hiking, playing pickleball, and spending time with her family and friends.

Occupational TherapistBrianna is originally from Louisville, KY. She graduated from Spalding University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and went on to earn her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy in 2024. During her time at Spalding, she was a member of the bowling team from 2013 to 2017. Brianna is excited and honored to be part of the team at Commonwealth Hand and Physical Therapy. She aspires to become a Certified Hand Therapist under the guidance of her talented and experienced mentors. Outside of work, Brianna enjoys being in nature, traveling, playing sports, and spending time with her family, friends, and her puppy Millie.

Physical TherapistDan earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY in 2020 where he also received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. Before coming to Commonwealth Hand and Physical Therapy, Dan worked as a therapist in a sports medicine outpatient clinic. He has worked with several musculoskeletal conditions including TMJ, cervical, low back pain, joint replacements, vestibular, and chronic pain, and has worked with athletes of all ages. Dan is also certified in Dry Needling and in SFMA. He believes in providing a custom treatment program to each person based on their needs and goals. In his spare time, Dan enjoys playing ice hockey, kayaking, backpacking, hiking, woodworking, flint knapping, playing guitar, and playing ultimate frisbee.

Physical TherapistJoseph Hanks earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky in 2015. With nearly a decade of experience, he specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, vestibular therapy, and dry needling. Joseph is passionate about helping patients regain their prior level of function through evidence-based care, compassion, and humor. He is married to his wife, Kayla, and they have two energetic boys. In his spare time, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, being outdoors, and cheering for the CATS and Toppers.

He graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Health Science and a minor in Health Advocacy at the University of Kentucky. He completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree at Western Kentucky University in 2025.
In his spare time, Mason enjoys going to the gym, enjoying the outdoors, watching sports, and spending time with his friends and family.

Physical TherapistShawn Moulis earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Hanover College in 2025 and holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from Middle Tennessee State University, which he completed in 2022. He currently resides in Lexington, Kentucky, where he lives with his wife, Mackenzie, and their dog, Brew—Go Cats! Outside of the clinic, Shawn enjoys golfing, playing hockey, spending time with friends and family, and being outdoors hunting. He is excited to be part of a team dedicated to helping patients stay active and continue doing what they love.

Certified Hand TherapistKatheryn is from Lexington, KY, and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s in Music Education. Upon teaching, she realized an interest in helping others and learning about body mechanics to prevent injury, and how to help others continue performing valued skills. She completed the Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at Eastern Kentucky University and has experience working in multiple healthcare settings. In 2025, Katheryn received her board certification from the Hand Therapy Certification Commission. Katheryn is currently working towards completing her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
