Brett Lemmons PT, DPT, COMT, OCS, CDNT, FAAOMPT
Physical TherapistBrett Lemmons is a physical therapist and clinical educator originally from Henderson, KY. He graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2007 with a degree in Biology and went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky in 2010.
Brett is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) through both Maitland Australian Seminars and the Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal Treatments. He has been a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) since 2015 and a Certified Dry Needling Therapist (CDNT) since 2017. In 2025, he completed his Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy fellowship training at Regis University in Denver, CO, earning the designation of Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT).
With more than 15 years of experience, Brett has practiced in Nashville, Louisville, and Lexington. In addition to his clinical work, he serves as a Site Coordinator for Clinical Education (SCCE), helping coordinate student placements and contributing to the development and delivery of tutorials for learners. He is also an active member of the Orthopedic Section of the American Physical Therapy Association and the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. His professional passion lies in clinical mentoring and teaching, with a focus on manual therapy, dry needling, and advancing higher-level clinical reasoning.
Outside of work, Brett enjoys spending time with his wife, Ragan, and their three children. He also loves traveling, listening to podcasts, connecting with friends, and cheering on the CATS!

Certified Hand TherapistHillary is a 2017 Occupational Therapy graduate from Eastern Kentucky University. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Occupational Science and a Master’s in Occupational Therapy. She is originally from Waldo, Ohio, but moved to Lexington to pursue a career in hand therapy rehabilitation.
She obtained her board certification as a Certified Hand Therapist in 2021 and her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy in 2022 from Spalding University. Her clinical interests include orthotic fabrication, cumulative trauma rehabilitation, and Peripheral Nerve injuries. Hillary enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, playing sports, and watching movies. Hillary chose to enter the field of Occupational Therapy because she enjoys helping people restore their independence, confidence, and quality of life.
