Commonwealth Hand & Physical Therapy Opens New Clinic in Lexington, KY. 

Local Physical Therapy Group Expands Access to High-Quality Care for Lexington Residents 

Lexington, KY – Commonwealth Hand & Physical Therapy is excited to announce the opening of its newest clinic on April 13, 2026, located at 4383 Old Harrodsburg Road, Suite 115, Lexington, KY 40513. This new location strengthens Commonwealth’s commitment to providing top-tier, evidence-based physical therapy, occupational therapy, and certified hand therapy care to the Lexington community. 

The Harrodsburg Road clinic will be led by Brett Lemmons, PT, DPT, COMT, OCS, CDNT, FAAOMT, serving as Physical Therapy Director, and Hillary Klingel, OTD, MS, OTR/L, CHT, serving as Occupational Therapy Director. Together, they will lead a team dedicated to delivering personalized, evidence-based care to help patients recover from injury, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy most. 

The clinic will offer a wide range of rehabilitation services, including specialized orthopedic physical therapy, hand therapy and upper extremity rehabilitation, custom orthotic fabrication, post-surgical recovery, occupational therapy, dry needling, manual therapy and treatment for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Commonwealth’s clinicians work closely with each patient to create individualized treatment plans that support long-term recovery and improved quality of life.
