Kyle Mullins OTD, MS, OTR/L, CHT
Certified Hand TherapistKyle has been at Commonwealth Hand & PT since its opening in 2016. He earned a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Kentucky University in 2014.
Since that time, Kyle has worked exclusively in hand therapy, developing extensive knowledge and skills in a wide range of upper extremity conditions. He earned his Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) designation in 2018. In 2022, he completed his Doctorate of Occupational Therapy at Spalding University. He is also certified in the use of Deep Physical Agent Modalities and has a DPAM supervisor designation. Kyle uses a variety of splinting and treatment techniques to achieve the best possible outcomes for his patients.
He feels privileged to work with such a talented group of therapists.
Outside the clinic, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and family, working on home projects, and following/attending Kentucky basketball and football.

Occupational TherapistZachary hails from Corbin, Kentucky. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Eastern Kentucky University in 2019, followed by a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2022. He is thrilled to receive guidance and training from his mentors at Commonwealth Hand and Physical Therapy, with a goal to become a certified hand therapist in the future. Outside of work, Zachary likes to play his guitar, go to concerts, and spend time with his friends.

Occupational TherapistLindsey is originally from Northern Kentucky and received her Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Science in 2022 and her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2024 from Eastern Kentucky University. She is thrilled and grateful to be a part of such a talented, funny, and collaborative team, and aspires to become a certified hand therapist one day. Outside of work, She loves playing pickleball, paddleboarding, hiking, playing guitar, and spending time with her fiancé Dan and two cats, Piper and Bear.

Occupational TherapistKatelyn is originally from Cumberland County, Kentucky. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Science from Eastern Kentucky University in 2022, followed by her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy in 2024. Katelyn is passionate about continuing to grow in the field and hopes to become a Certified Hand Therapist.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, crafting, hiking, and practicing karate. She also loves spending time with her husband, Collin, and their pets—Obi, their dog, and Goose, their cat.

Physical TherapistDalten is a Physical Therapist from Pound, Virginia. He graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management from The University of Virginia’s College at Wise. He then continued his education at The University of Kentucky, where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2024.
Dalten enjoys working with a diverse range of orthopedic patients, with a particular interest in performing manual therapy techniques on the spine. Outside of his clinical practice, Dalten enjoys playing guitar, hunting, fishing, and working out.

Physical TherapistBryson is a Physical Therapist from Flemingsburg, KY. He graduated from Eastern Kentucky University earning his degree in Exercise Science in 2018. In 2024, he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky. Bryson is passionate about treating patients and loves to see patients reach their functional goals. He has worked with professors and has literature published in JOSPT Open. Outside of physical therapy, Bryson enjoys watching sports, traveling, working out, and spending time with his family.
